What is the MDPU?


The Mood Disorders Psychopharmacology Unit (MDPU) located at Canada’s largest academic teaching hospital, Toronto Western Hospital, at the University Health Network (UHN).
The encompassing aim of the MDPU is to provide clinical care, medical education and translational multidisciplinary research in Mood Disorders.  The MDPU is an International leader in several research endeavors, integrating neuroimaging, neuroendocrinology, cellular, and neurogenetic technology.
The MDPU is part of the Department of Psychiatry at University Health Network, a teaching facility of the University of Toronto.
